Thank you to DAK Foundation

Thank you to DAK Foundation for making Dr Yoursen Bosolo’s fistula training with Prof Judith Gho AO possible. They are working at Kagando Hospital  in Uganda www.kagando.org. He says, “I made already an operation with her this morning. She taught me an operation that I have never done. We are very proud and thankful for DAK Foundation to participate in this fistula camp.”

DAK already supports contraceptive implants for all of CDCC’s hospitals and clinics. This additional support is immensely generous and will make such a difference to women and girls in Equateur Province.

As you may remember, Dr Bosolo has also received fistula training from Congolese Nobel Peace Prize winning surgeon, Dr Denis Mukwege, at Panzi Hospital in Bukavu, DRC.

We are so thankful to have such opportunities given to talented, dedicated healthcare team members like Dr Bosolo in Congo.
