The HandUp Congo/RAWCS 2014 team is back in Australia, after a 3-week trip that covered 600 km of Congo’s superhighways (better known as the Congo, Ruki and Momboyo Rivers) and many hours of walking, talking, sharing fascinating conversations and plans with many Congolese committed to a sustainable future. Here we are standing on the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s Equator, pointing homewards to Australia. One-third of the country lies to the north and two-thirds to the south.
